DIO fest Boulder Creek

From the website:

DIO Fest exists so that corporate mega-festivals don’t eventually rule the world. It exists to help us remember that the person on the stage is not so different from the person in the audience, or the local farmer that’s supplying the grinds. It serves to remind us that we can do great things when we come together.

CANCELED: Winter Solstice Party

This Saturday from 5pm – 10pm there will be a winter solstice party at the corner of Forest and Pine Street – where the farmers market usually is. There will be live music, firedancing, and old smoky moonshine. What else could mountain folk ask for?

The bands will be Oatmeal Cookie, Bad Acid, and the Planet Shadow Wreckers. Check out their Facebook pages below, and see you at the party.
