1. This is next to the current rec center in Boulder Creek.. .correct? Isn’t the rec center supposed to keep the Junction clean, safe and free of vandalism?
   This is exactly one of the reasons why the community does not want a rec center constructed in a historical residential neighborhood! Graffiti, Crime, Drugs and Loitering.
