The old RoundTable has been reborn – no longer part of the the Round Table Franchise, the new place called “Boulder Creek Pizza & Pub” offers fresh local produce and cheeses, 9 beers on tap and a great outlook on making great pizza.
From the website: “Our lights are on in the morning, hours before we open. Why? Dedicated dough artists rise early to handcraft fresh dough for all of our pizzas. Daily, they prepare fresh sauce, using just vine-ripened tomatoes, spices, and a little salt. No preservatives. No fillers. 100% good.”

My family and I will try them tonight. We’ll order multiple dishes and report back. If the quality is as high as the “Red Pearl” I will be one happy camper. I’m also waiting for the Japanese restaurant to open where “Mama Goya’s” used to be. It would be great to have more than one really good eating establishment in Boulder Creek.
“Los Amigos” does a pretty good job as well.

Well we ordered several items (about $90.00 worth) without over statement, it was fabulous. Boston Cream; Perfectly cooked/baked pasta, sauce was wonderful with slight crust on the top every one loved it. Mac & Cheese bites okay. Buffalo & Bleu cheese great when hot sauce added. We ordered five pizzas. Creek Combo, Chicken Lorenzo , Pico Pesto, Farm Stand and Margherita. Excellent! Crust was perfect, tomato sauce, vegetables, cheeses were the best any of us have ever had. I’ve eaten pizza in N.Y., Chicago, Italy, in multiple countries and top restaurants to hole in the wall places in Tuscany. While loved all of the pizzas we ordered, my favorites were Farm Stand and Margherita (balsamic reduction drizzle is a magnificent touch, perfect finish.) While my family is admittedly pretty picky and if I do say, used to extraordinarily great food, every one was very happy with the food we had. I am thrilled that B.C.P.&P. is available. Great job!
I highly recommend it.
