Thursday, June 18, 6:00pm, $85

Join to celebrate the end of Spring’s delicate and delicious harvest with a meal inspired by a traditional Spanish festival, the Calçotada. Small bites are followed by a four-course meal featuring spring onions, grilled and served with a rich romanesc, or salbitxada, sauce, in the traditional Catalan way. Guests are encouraged to feast with abandon, enjoying the best of Spring produce, fresh and preserved, as well as delicious, local beer and wine pairings, and sustainable meat and cheese.

Beer pairings were made for this meal, in collaboration with Maggie Appleby Thomas, head brewer at Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing. Musical entertainment by Boulder Creek’s own Don Mackessy of the Naked Bootleggers.
