Not another blow to retired people not getting by on social security. Having lived here for 50 yrs having bonds and tax increases , constant PG & E rate increases, ( that their own management, and lack of concern have caused) with more to come are unbearable! Now our own water district wants to pile on. It appears Santa Cruz county is following the narrative of California forcing residents out of this beautiful state.
