The long awaited Boulder Creek Music is now open. . . it was worth the wait. They have an amazing stock of instruments and gear, offer repair and instrument setup and have top notch staff.

I had dinner at the Brewery last night and had the Armchair Ale with the tiramisu.
A perfectly delectable pairing! The fruit and nut flavors of the ale and the sweet cream of the tiramisu went together like a hand in a glove. Try it!

The Santa Cruz Sentinel’s Ann Parker visited and reviewed The Boulder Creek Brewery. From the review:
“Michelle’s BLT-plus was scrumptious, the crisp-edged sweet potato fries adding a toothsome touch. Blissfully tender from its IPA beer bath, the grilled chicken was flavorful enough to stand up to the rest of the big sandwich’s ingredients: crisp bacon, thick-sliced tomato, thin-sliced red onion, lettuce, creamy avocado and a light but luscious layer of pesto mayonnaise.”

Joe’s Bar is hosting a ‘Cajun Shrimp Boil’ this Saturday, Sept 15th starting at 5:30 pm to benefit the San Lorenzo Valley Museum and it programs.
Shrimp boil master Erik Rozite will be overseeing this delicious cajun creation tickets are only $15.00.
After dinner Acoustic Shadows will entertain guests and a raffle will be held with donations from the SLV Museum and Joe’s Bar, including a large framed print of the historic Boulder Creek Mural on the side of BC Hardware.
