There are two sessions. One meets on Wednesdays, the other on Thursdays. Cost is $80/session, materials included. Click the poster for more info.

EVENT: Dyane Harwood, Author of Birth of a New Brain – at the Boulder Creek Library

Thursday, October 19, 7 PM – 8:30 PM at the Boulder Creek Branch Library.

This is a fundraiser for the Boulder Creek chapter of the Friends of the Library and the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Proceeds from the sale of the book and baked goods benefit the Friends and NAMI-SC.

Birth of a New Brain, the first book to address bipolar disorder triggered by childbirth, chronicles the journey of a mother who will stop at nothing to survive overwhelming manic highs and soul-shattering depressions to find mental stability.
