BC Town Sweep & other events

It’s that time of year again, help us clean up downtown and socialize at the same time. This Saturday, May 10th from 8am – 12noon is the annual BC Town Sweep. So bring your shovels, brooms, rakes, power tools, and pride for Boulder Creek and help us make our downtown shine.

This year is a little different, due to the drought there will be no power washing or use of hoses.

Little Basin is having their 3rd annual Camping Festival aka “This Land Is Your Land”, it is a mix of camping activities, live music, fun, and celebrating Earth Day. The main site is at the Deer Meadow Group Campground. There will be food at the picnic area next to the amphitheater, so bring cash. Venders will be selling their wears and other treats at the main site. There is a large playground for the kids close to all the action, allowing everyone to take in the music while playing. Other activities include interpretive hikes, family activities, games, art, outdoor classes, and demonstrations. So come on out and enjoy a fun filled day with family, friends, and community, making everyday Earth Day.
